We purchased this business in November 2002 from Maria Heylen, a Belgium Chocolate maker. She is from Scilla a suburb in Antwerp, Belgium, and taught us the art of chocolate creation.

We relocated the business to Ohope Beach , Bay Of Plenty , where Craig and I and our three children can enjoy the wonderful lifestyle the beach provides.
