The undersigned will advice Scilla Chocolate of any change of ownership within seven days. Failure to do so will result in the undersigned being held responsible for any changes incurred under the above-named business.

The goods remain property of Scilla Chocolate until payments are received in full.

I/We the undersigned that this form is completed correctly and that I/We agree to the conditions and terms of payment set out in this form. I/We authorise you to obtain any information that is necessary to evaluate my/our credit worthiness. I/We accept that if we fail to pay our account that you are authorised to pass information on to an outside agent to assist in recovery.

I/We undetake to pay the account in full on or before the due date. In default of such prompt payment, we undertake to pay late payment fees of 2.5% per month on any amount standing and to indemnify us and pay all costs and expenses on a solicitor/client basis if legal action is necessary.

Terms of trade:
Deliveries under $200 exculding GST, freight will be charged.

Claims and damages:
Claims/damages and shortages to be claimed immediately or WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.

Stock returns (Good stock):
Advise Scilla Chocolates of original invoice number, date and reason for return. No stock will be accepted for return after 30 days, unless by prior written agreement. Credits will only be issued after stock is received back in our store and verified as being in it's original condition. Damaged and shop soiled product will not be credited. A handling fee of $1.50 per carton may be deducted (plus freight) on return of stock.

Payments:
